Refund & Return Policy

At AstroiGems, we take great pride in providing authentic products and services designed to support your spiritual journey and well-being. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.
Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.
🔹 1. Return Eligibility
Since many of our products are personalized, spiritual, or consumable in nature, we can only accept returns in limited cases for safety and quality reasons.
You are eligible for a return or replacement only if:
The item was received in a damaged or defective condition, or
You received the wrong product.
Please ensure:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.
🔹 2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
Opened, used, or tampered products
Personalized astrology products or customized spiritual items
Digital astrology reports or consultation services once delivered
Items purchased during special offers, discounts, or festive sales
Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage
🔹 3. Return / Replacement Process
If your order qualifies for return or replacement, please follow these steps:
Email us at support@ring.astroigems.in or WhatsApp our helpline with your order number and photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or replacement depending on your location.
Note: Reverse pickup availability depends on your pin code. If pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product, and we will reimburse reasonable courier charges.
🔹 4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.
Once your return is received and inspected:
We’ll notify you via Email or WhatsApp.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI (details to be provided by you).
🔹 5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Personalized astrology services, consultations, and digital reports cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
🔹 6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Recheck your bank account or UPI wallet.
Contact your bank or payment gateway, as processing may take a few additional days.
