🔹 4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices, discounts, promotional offers, or service fees without prior notice.
Orders and bookings are processed only after successful payment confirmation (except for eligible COD orders).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must pay the exact amount to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
🔹 5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Placing an order or booking does not guarantee acceptance.
Orders or consultations may be cancelled, delayed, or refused due to stock unavailability, scheduling conflicts, payment failure, suspected fraudulent activity, or incorrect customer details.
Physical product orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once shipped, product orders cannot be cancelled.
Personalized astrology reports, consultations, and customized services cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, weather conditions, public holidays, technical disruptions, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
