We strive to ensure that your order reaches you safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

🔹 1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation Email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

🔹 2. Shipping Partners

We use reliable and reputed courier services such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and India Post to ensure smooth delivery across India.

  • Your tracking ID will be provided as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

🔹 3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other Cities / Towns: 5–7 working days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 working days

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays such as festivals, weather conditions, natural events, or courier network issues.

🔹 4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or small-value purchases, a nominal fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply (as shown during checkout).

  • Any promotional Free Delivery offers will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.

🔹 5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in most major pin codes across India.

  • Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are accurate so the courier partner can reach you easily.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future purchases.

🔹 6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via Email or WhatsApp.

and entering your Order ID.

🔹 7. Delays or Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or not delivered within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact our support team with your Order Number, and we’ll assist you promptly.

  • In rare cases of courier loss or Return-to-Origin (RTO), we will reship the order or issue a refund as per your preference.

🔹 8. International Shipping

Currently, we deliver only within India.
